The legal team, alongside the broader leadership, boasts an outstanding reputation coming from top-tier law firms, investment banks, and leading financial institutions.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Legal, who in turn reports to the board. They must possess a robust background in commercial contracts, expanding into diverse areas such as corporate governance, intellectual property, employment law, litigation, fundraising, tax compliance, audit, and legal operations. While experience in blockchain and digital assets is advantageous, a genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies and a willingness to contribute to a startup/scale-up environment take precedence.
