Join this dynamic Corporate and Business Tax team as a Corporate Tax Manager focusing on advisory work.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside senior management and partners, providing bespoke tax advice to clients.

You'll engage in a variety of tax advisory projects, develop your skills, and play a crucial role in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with partners and junior team members to deliver tailored tax advice to clients, from initial engagement to legal implementation.
  • Manage the delivery of advice, balancing collaboration with junior resources and direct communication with partners.
  • Assist in pitching for new clients and manage advisory projects, including corporate transactions, tax reliefs, due diligence, and employee incentives.
  • Prepare written reports, review junior team member's work, and ensure accuracy before partner delivery.
  • Support compliance work, including reviewing tax returns and providing technical tax support.

Skills & Expertise:

  • ACA/ACCA and CTA/ATT qualified with extensive post-qualification experience.
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong team player with mentoring experience.
  • Enthusiastic, organised, and motivated.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and generate creative ideas.
  • Build rapport with clients and demonstrate trustworthiness.
