We are currently recruiting for a highly successful legal firm in Maidstone, Kent. Our client is seeking a Commercial Solicitor that has a corporate background and a keen interest in combining this with commercial project work.

Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor, NQ upwards with experience of corporate or commercial work or both. The ideal candidate will be looking for an opportunity to learn about sustainable energy, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and SME ’ s.

Joining an established team with an existing pool of work to support the growth of an ambitious solicitor that wants to take control of their own career path and progression, manage their own caseload with the support and guidance of their teams highly experienced partners.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a team who are continuing to build an exceptionally innovative and dynamic commercial practice, providing high-end commercial transaction advice.

Our client works with a growing client-base of local, national, and international companies and have a particularly strong reputation in sustainable/renewable energy

Our client frequently advises on transactions and contracts of national and international significance, and they regularly work opposite some of the largest UK law firms.

There is also an element of corporate banking and finance work, asset, share and restructuring deals and general SME commercial contract work.
