Full Job Description

Commercial costs specialists dealing with very large uk and international clienrs expanding their offering having secured another large client.

This team offer more than typical bill drafting services including project management and wider management data. This firm does not do any civil work. 70/30 paying>receiving party.

Commercial costs training and training on non-typical costing skills are available for candidates from civil backgrounds that present well. Salary and benefits are far and above what is typically seen in civil costing and will challenge advanced commercial costs lawyers.

• Costs Lawyer or draftsmen with at least 3 years experience
• Excellent client care skills
• Excellent knowledge of costs law and the Civil Procedure Rules
• Experience of drafting bills of costs, Replies, Points of Dispute and Costs Budgets
• Ability to deal with third party solicitors and insurers daily
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
• Microsoft Excel skills
