3 months contract with a Southeast London based Local Authority

Job Summary:

·         Council Tax Officer / Revenues & Benefits Officer

Essential Experience Required:

·         Must have experience of working in a revenue environment.

·         Excellent Council Tax knowledge of council tax administration - billing, discounts & exemption, and recovery

·         Experience of dealing with challenging customers - call centre element to role

Additional information to note:

· 2 positions are available.

·         Systems used are Academy & Enterprise.

·         This position is hybrid (40% of the week is required in the office).
