Full Job Description

Our client is an safety component manufacturer of safety switches and related products servicing the Automation Machine Manufacturing sector. Thier high quality products are already in distribution in UK and the company is now looking to have a physical presence alongside a tech team.


As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving sustainable financial growth by expanding company presence in the UK. Your responsibilities include:


  1. Market Research : Identify and develop new markets and potential customers aligned with our product range.
  2. Partner Network : Establish and manage a network of distributors and resellers.
  3. Sales Strategy : Implement and execute effective sales strategies.
  4. Client Relationships : Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new partners to boost business.
  5. Performance Metrics : Achieve sales targets, enhance overall performance, and increase market share.
  6. Industry Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements.
  7. Feedback and Learning : Provide competitive insights, share successes, and learn from both wins and losses.


Qualification/ Experience:

  • Proven sales experience as a UK Lead
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Technical curiosity and interest in the industrial sector
  • Good understanding of the machine manufacturing and automation market in UK
  • Have a Full UK Driving Licence
