Engage Education, a prominent educational staffing agency, is seeking dynamic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team in Eastbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the education system, ensuring that students' learning progresses seamlessly in the absence of regular teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Cover Supervisor with Engage Education, your main responsibilities will include:

* Supervising and managing a classroom of students in the absence of the regular teacher.

* Delivering pre-set lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment.

* Managing student behaviour and fostering a productive classroom atmosphere.

* Assisting students with their work and providing support as needed.

* Reporting back on the day's activities and student progress to the school.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

* A passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate students.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* The ability to manage a classroom and engage students effectively.

* A flexible and adaptable approach to different subjects and age groups.

* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

* A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.

* Eligibility to work in the UK.
