Creative Lead Workplace Designer

Full Job Description

As a Creative Lead with this D&B company, you will be responsible for producing detailed design solutions on their highest profile design projects.

You don't need me to tell you how integral your role is to not just your team, but the overall business.

In your role as Creative Lead:

• You will be involved in the whole process from taking the clients brief and pitching through to the completion of the project on site
• Excellent pitching skills are a must
• Have the ability to really engage with clients and nurture that relationship throughout the process is key to repeat business
• You will need to be commercially minded and have the ability to design within a budget and to tight time scales

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous presenting/pitching experience (preferably D&B, but not essential!)
• Full proficiency of AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, InDesign, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel
• Knowledge of Revit and Endscape would be advantageous
