Credit Controller

Full Job Description

At STEM Recruitment Solutions we are working with our client who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller for their site in Edinburgh.

Duties will include:

• Processing daily cash receipts into ERP system.
• Opening new customer accounts into ERP system within SLA timescales.
• Sending copy invoices / credit notes when requested.
• Maintaining the credit control inboxes and categorizing emails.
• Raise contract support credits in ERP system.
• Prepare reports for customer Credit Limit Review.
• Process return to stock credits within ERP system.
