Credit Controller

Full Job Description

Our client, a well-established advertising company in Basildon are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their small team on a permanent basis.

As part of a busy credit control team you will be responsible for:

• Allocating customer BACS payments against their remittance on Sage
• Allocating customer cheque payments to Sage
• Sending monthly statements
• Communicating with clients via email, phone & post
• Reporting using Excel
• Receiving credit card payments
• Liaising with various departments within the company

For this role you will need previous experience in credit control, a good knowledge of Sage & Excel, excellent communication and customer service skills.

The salary for this position is 25,000 - 32,000 per annum depending on experience.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. This is an office-based role with free onsite parking.
