Customer Assistant - CSP Testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing input and analysis to aid decision making and produce recommendations in development of business cases
• Identifying, aggregating and analysing data to communicate market trends
• Working closely with the Strategic Development Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to deliver analysis to shape and influence business proposals
• Assessing operations and initiatives to identify areas for growth, resolve issues and increase buy in
• Analysing competitor and customer data to provide data driven recommendations
• Undertaking market analysis/Cost modelling for strategic projects
• Building robust and efficient data processes to drive decision making
• Providing guidance and subject matter expertise for strategic projects
• Documenting and track progress of projects
• Forming close working relationships with commercial stakeholders to influence the approach to the use of data in future strategy

Key Skills:

• Analytical experience within retail (consultancy/finance experience would be a benefit)
• Demonstrate experience in problem analysis, intellectually curious and generate ideas to solve business problems
• Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, highly numerate and able to run excel models
• Excellent written and verbal communication and Influencing skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively to attain results that meet the business needs
• Able to effectively collaborate cross-functionally at varying levels in the organization
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, prioritise requests, and work independently
• Capture any risks and issues and bring them to the Strategic Development Managers/ Head of Strategy’s attention
• Is proactive and a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
