Full Job Description

Excellent opportunity to join our client on a temp basis for 3 months +.

Our client is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator for their lovely team based on site in the Theale office. This role is purely office based. You will need excellent excellent Excel & IT skills, strong administration ability and good customer service skills.

You will be required to work shifts Monday- Friday between 8-6PM - i.e.. 8-4/9-5/10-6 this would be on a rota basis.Please only apply if you are flexible regarding hours of work.

The role

  • Handle a large volume of inbound telephone calls promptly and appropriately, in line with contractual obligations.
  • Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company's products and services to go off-script when necessary.
  • Memorise scripts for products and services and refer to them during calls.
  • Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately.
  • Setting client expectations and striving to exceed these at all times.
  • Establish and maintain external supplier relationships to assist with maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Actively support the completion of all administration tasks to achieve weekly/monthly team objectives.
  • Coordinate email traffic within the central shared inboxes.
  • Upload data from service intervention records into the CRM.
  • Provide cross-functional support for other sub teams where required.

The Person

  • Previous experience of working in a call centre or similar environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate IT skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a flexible can do attitude
  • Good inter-personal skills, must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually
