Customer Service Administrator - Part-timeWe are recruiting for our client on the outskirts of Braintree (in Great Notley) who are seeking a part-time Customer Service Administrator to begin ASAP on a temporary ongoing basis with the chance of a permanent position.
Duties will include:
- Processing customer orders and making necessary amendments
- Sending customer's their order acknowledgments and corresponding documents
- Maintaining and exceeding customer service level standard with current and new customers.
- Liaising with transport regarding customers deliveries
- Liaising with production/warehouse regarding product and order lead times
- Support with Website customers' orders and updates
- Support with customer shipment process.
- Assisting with any other admin duties.
- Jointly maintain the Info email box- responding to customers in a timely manner
- Phone support to customers
- Load customer orders onto Priority, communicating required by dates to Production team and highlighting and monitoring urgent orders
- Providing customer order confirmations and updates as necessary to customers.
- Knowledge of the
Priority ERP system would be an advantage but not essential
- Must have previous experience in an office based customer
service role
- Available to begin immediately
11.44 per hour, weekly pay
