Customer Service Administrator
£24,464.88


Job Type: Temporary to Permanent, Full Time

Location: Cwmbran, Wales, NP44

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5.00 pm

Training: 2 weeks training in Tamworth, Staffordshire - all expenses paid for!
Please note: a DBS Check will be undertaken during first 2 weeks of employment


Our client, a leading company in their industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Handling day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Engaging with customers via telephone
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems accurately
  • Serving as the primary liaison between customers and contractors
  • Efficiently managing diaries and schedules
  • Updating and managing documentation
  • Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Resolving customer complaints effectively
  • Coordinating with suppliers for seamless operations

Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in an office-based customer service role - including call centre and high volume calls
  • Proficiency in computer systems and applications
  • Flexibility in working hours as required
  • Availability to commit to a Temporary to Permanent contract
