Are you an excellent communicator and able to solve problems with ease with a high level of Customer Service Experience. Our client based in Crawley are looking to recruit a temporary Customer Service Advisor to work in the repairs department. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm paying £14.47ph for approximately 4 months
Daily responsibilities:
- Provide general administration support to all departments.
- Handle a high number of calls into the Customer Service Department
- Speaking with tenants who require repairs.
- Scheduling contractors.
- Checking information on the system.
- Challenging any issues with providers.
- Handling a high number of calls.
Skills required:
- Proficient in Microsoft - Especially Excel
- Good Communication
- Great telephone manner
- Some administration experience
- Attention to detail
- Experience in social housing
