Customer Service Apprenticeship Program (SCQF Level 6)
Salary: £16,200 per annum
Duration: 18 months (Fixed Term)
Location: Citypark, Glasgow

What you’ll achieve
As a Customer Service Apprentice within Sales , your time will be split between work experience & off the job training with the support of our dedicated training provider. The apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to kick start your career & will equip you with everything you need to become a successful sales person
You will:
During the apprenticeship, you will be learning the skills required to drive sales for our ground-breaking products to a specific account set of Public Sector customers. You will build on your confidence to successfully own the brand of Dell Technologies, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and outstanding.
- Working to achieve your set targets by developing & building positive relationships with customers through digital communication
- Using problem solving skills to understand customers’ business & solution requirements to support their current & future technology strategies
- Growing your knowledge of industry trends to help resolve specific market challenges tailored to your customers
- Understanding how to build & leverage strong relationships with your sales & cross functional teams to ensure an effective & seamless support function to your customers

Essential Requirements
- As a SCQF Level 6 program, learners should be educated to National 5 (or equivalent), or above whether that is a SCQF Level 6 apprenticeship
- A desire & willingness to learn
- Articulate and Personable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with excellent administration skills
- Problem solving skills
Desirable Requirements
- Possess a passion for the technology sector
- Recently graduated with college certification or National 5/Higher in English and Mathematics
