Customer Service Representative

12 month Fixed Term Contract

c.£24,000

West Malling

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Hybrid working available after successful training/probation

A new opening has arisen for a Customer Service Representative to join my client on a 12 month FTC basis.

Duties for the Customer Service Representative role include:

• Contacting customers who have not submitted their reports within the set deadline.
• Resolving any queries that customers may have.
• Maintain a strong knowledge regarding the service that the business offers and advising customers appropriately.
• Promoting the online service to customers, highlighting the efficiencies of the service.
• General administrative duties.

To be considered for the Customer Service Representative role, you must have/be:

• Previous experience within a customer service role.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• An excellent telephone manner.
• A strong attention to detail.
• Proactive.
• Confident with processing large volumes of data.
• IT competent.
• Your own means of transport as public transport in the area is very limited.
• Have availability to attend an in person interview on the 30th April, following a successful 1st stage interview.

Initially this role will be fully office based, but upon successful completion of training, you will be able to work from home with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
