Location: Smethwick (Fully Office Based)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Duties:

• Engage in a fast-paced customer service sales role.
• Manage existing client relationships, providing support throughout their customer journey.
• Discuss and process existing orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with the transport team to expedite orders.
• Discuss additional products and services with clients.
• Support the external Sales Team in their activities.
• Handle pricing queries and work within customer budgets.
• Assess product availability and provide innovative solutions.
• Manage all related administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proactive approach to customer development.
• Previous sales-related experience, either face-to-face or over the telephone.
• Natural problem-solving ability.
• Strong drive for success.
• Proficient IT skills.
