Customer Service Sales Representative
£27,000 per annum plus bonus
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
Location: Smethwick (Fully Office Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Duties:
- Engage in a fast-paced customer service sales role.
- Manage existing client relationships, providing support throughout their customer journey.
- Discuss and process existing orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with the transport team to expedite orders.
- Discuss additional products and services with clients.
- Support the external Sales Team in their activities.
- Handle pricing queries and work within customer budgets.
- Assess product availability and provide innovative solutions.
- Manage all related administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proactive approach to customer development.
- Previous sales-related experience, either face-to-face or over the telephone.
- Natural problem-solving ability.
- Strong drive for success.
- Proficient IT skills.
