Customer Service Specialist - Aviva Inbound Customer Service (Voice,Email and Chat)

 

Job Overview

  • Start Date : 16/10/2023
  • Salary : £11.50 per hour £21,438.30 per annum 
  • Location : Cuprum, Argyle Street, Glasgow, This is an office based role with NO work from home option
  • Shifts : Full Time 35.85 hours working 5/7 days Monday-Friday 0800-2000 Saturday 0900-1700 Sunday 0900-1700 (Must be fully flexible within hours stated) NO PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE
  • Training : 18 Days -
  • Contract : Permanent
  • Probity : DBS, Credit Check and 2 year employment history (this is in addition to referencing )

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve enquiries with speed and precision
  • Delight customers by providing timely, accurate and expert advice
  • Deliver a service where patience, empathy and building rapport are central
  • Record, track, and effectively resolve incidents and queries
  • Create clear notes on customers’ accounts with relevant details
  • Comply with the company’s policies and practices
  • Update your knowledge through the associated guidelines and procedures
  • Manage databases, tools, applications and operating systems
  • Strive to achieve first call resolution

 

Skills needed to be a Customer Service Representative

We are looking for the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to show attention to detail
  • Ability to establish collaborative customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
  • Professional and friendly
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment to a high standard.
  • PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease.
  • A good consistent typing speed
  • Take ownership of situations with positivity, resilience, and a dedicated approach to providing service excellence.
  • Able to work within a fast paced, engaging environment
