Full Job Description

A well-established business coworking company is looking to expand
their team with a highly motivated individual. Already having
gained an attractive range of clients within SMEs and FTSE markets
they are looking to further develop and widen their client portfolio in
both the commercial, financial and private sector, providing various
bespoke business services. This gives a wonderful opportunity for a
Customer Service / Community Manager looking to carve out an amazing reputation in this billion pounds industry.

When you start as Customer Service / Community Manager you will be required to create seamless client relationships as well as meeting clients when neccesary.
You will be providing top notch coworking service opportunities
along with serviced offices, virtual offices, hot desks and meeting rooms. Along
with this you will be working alongside some of the most respected
companies in the industry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record 2-4 years
in the coworking or serviced offices industry and be highly experienced in achieving the KPI set. We will also consider candidates with previous
experience in estate agency as well as property / real estate
management. To be successful within this role you will have to be
confident in speaking to clients over the telephone and face-to-face
and be confident with organising and managing time effectively. By
having experience within this industry it will allow you to hit the
ground running but is not essential as long as you are able to learn
and adapt and give an in depth knowledgeable service to clients.

As Customer Service / Community Manager you will receive a basic salary of £25,000 to
£35,000 depending on experience with a quarterly and yearly bonus structure and exciting company perks ie; gym membership, company trips etc. The role will be based in Central London.
