Summary/objective
Repairify UK Limited are a subsidiary company
of Repairify Inc. Repairify UK through its asTech and Red businesses
provide remote diagnostic solutions and services to the automotive
industry. It offers cutting-edge, expert diagnostics using both
after-market and original equipment manufacturer tools to provide safe
and accurate repairs. The company was founded in 2010 is headquartered
in Plano, TX with UK offices in Peterlee and Bedfordshire.
The Customer Services Coordinator is responsible for working
various office duties and liaise closely with the office manager.

Essential
functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable

· Answering calls and helping with enquirers, and
taking messages
· Building Android tools for customers with the
build specifications (training will be provided)
· Basic data
entry, entering customers details into a database and making sure this
is kept up to date
· Help with shipping via DHL to customers
· Help the team with fulfilling orders and great customer service
for our customers
· Supporting travel bookings as well as helping
to coordinate activities for Trade Shows

Minimum
Qualifications:
· Personable and able to work as part of a
team
· Level 2 Qualification as a minimum with English and Math at
GCSE grade C or above
· Has some knowledge of android
systems
· Is interested in the automotive industry
· Can work
well on your own initiative
· Knowledge of Microsoft applications
(Word, Excel and PP)
· Good team player

This role
has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work
environment
This job operates in a professional office
environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such
as a computer and phone.
Physical demands
This is largely
a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional
lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand
and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a
computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting,
standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the
essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office
environment.
