Customer Services Executive
 
Location:
Office-based, open plan environment.
 
Employment Type:
Full-time, permanent position.
 
Role Overview:
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a highly organised and deadline-driven Customer Services Executive to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the customer B2B and B2C ticketing system, handling a variety of external enquiries ranging from consumer product queries to retailer delivery requests.  Your exceptional organisational and communication skills will be instrumental in liaising with both external customers and internal departments to ensure timely and effective solutions, thereby serving as an ambassador for the brand.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and prioritise incoming customer B2B and B2C enquiries through our system.
  2. Respond to external emails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and queries effectively.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  5. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
  6. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
  7. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and enhance brand loyalty.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, open plan environment.
  • Proficiency in using systems and CRM software.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
