Full Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will be handling various extensive duties from liaising directly with UK & international clients to prospecting and generating business leads. This role involves various customer service duties as the main forefront contact for any inventory or product queries. You will be a responsive operative in managing and organising main B2B external accounts and ensuring that all clients receive the utmost attention.

Description

Key duties consist of:

Manage and maintain client relationships
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly
Swiftly and precisely inputting received orders into our system
Managing phone calls and emails by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and monitoring order status and delivery schedules
Upkeeping customer records and files, encompassing contact details, delivery information, and pricing
Facilitating the swift and seamless account opening for new customers, collaborating with colleagues at the head office
Engaging in outbound sales calls, such as following up on quotations and leads in coordination with the sales team
Coordinating and overseeing customer deliveries and samples
Documenting processes and procedures as we establish operational norms in the new office
Coordinate with the sales team to increase sales opportunities
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results
Efficiently coordinating and documenting delivery processes, updates and stock intake levels
Monitor and analyse customer's usage of our product
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Understanding in-depth products available and stock trends
Develop and implement strategies for retaining customers
Prepare reports on account statusProfile

A successful Internal Account Manager should have:

Experience in a customer service role within an industrial setting
Fluent in English (Required)
Multilingual (optional)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Salesforce, CRM, Excel or others
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approachJob Offer

Basic salary of 25,500 to 28,000 DOE
Sales target bonus of approx 10% yearly increase
