Sterling Recruitment Services are currently working with our client in Keighley who are looking to recruit an experienced customer service / Sales co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Our client is a large manufacturer providing their products to a range of client with in their field. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to further grow their team.
Duties Include:
- Process orders in various formats
- Handle all customer correspondence
- Check stocking levels for customer orders
- Produce sales reports
- Liaise with different departments
- Check regularly with customer order progress
- Review customer forecasts and send reports to the planners
Personal Specification:
- Strong communication skills
- Be heavily customer focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach to work
- Strong IT skills
Working hours of the role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm from site.
The salary of the role is between 24,000 - 26,000 per annum.
