Function : Vodafone Cyber Security, Technology Assurance and Strategy

Reports to : Head of Cyber Prevent  
Location : Flexible

We are open to considering graduate applicants for this role.

As Business Manager, you will be joining the Cyber Prevent Leadership team and will facilitate the Head of Cyber Prevent their leadership team, and stakeholders in operating effectively together and reducing risk across Vodafone. This role has a particular focus on executive reporting, stakeholder management, engagement, and communications. The role will coordinate and attend key leadership meetings, own the operational governance and reporting for the business unit as well as lead on several key initiatives across the organization.  The role requires the production of high-quality materials on behalf of the Head of Cyber Prevent and will require close working with all market and central Heads of Cyber, dotted line reports, and other members of the wider Global Cyber Security and Vodafone leadership teams. 
• Produce internal and external material (briefings, slides etc), ensuring key messages are tailored to audience and objectives. As an example, Operations Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (internal and with vendor), internal and external engagements, keynote speeches, operational reviews etc. (presentation materials would include analytical, numerical and business context information).
•   Manage meetings ensuring appropriate agenda and prep is place, that time is spent efficiently, and actions/next steps are captured and communicated with clarity and clear ownership
•    Manage and track Cyber Prevent OKRs and objectives - ensuring the right level of visibility and focus is given to top priority objectives and working with the team to put in place action/improvement plans where necessary to ensure OKRs are met.
•    Manage key operational processes to enable the Cyber Prevent team e.g. custodian for Cyber Prevent service catalogue and process libraries; key vendor governance; training and travel
•    Participate in our cross-CTAS budget squad and support definition of P*Q*Q model for Cyber Prevent 
•    Supporting comms and employee engagement initiatives across Cyber Prevent and Global Cyber Security teams.
•    Supporting the budget and resource planning initiatives across Cyber Prevent and CTAS teams
•   Working together with the Cyber Prevent Leadership team to adapt standards and ways of working - taking the lead on key initiatives as needed 
•    Own ad hoc discrete programmes that emerge through the year that require coordination across Cyber Prevent
•   Leading the preparation of key risk and governance management reporting – monthly and quarterly.  Agreeing content and coordinating production of materials across relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain the Cyber Prevent governance calendar – including internal with the CPLT, with markets and with vendors.  Including annual platform reviews with VOIS (Commercial Shared Operations).
•   Ability to coordinate and ensure deadlines are met for various reporting cycles (budget, CLT, CRC, TLT, etc.).
