A well-known dairy equipment company servicing customers in the Midlands, Wales and Southwest requires a parts and service manager. The newly appointed manager will oversee the Field service team to develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure an efficient and viable service to the company's customer base. The newly appointed manager will efficiently organise reporting staff and liaise with customers.

The position is an important man management role in the business to undertake a high of customer service as well as being integral with the Managing director in achieving a solid commercial and profitable end result for the company. Previous man management experience is required for the role and examples of team leadership in a direct engineering role would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will coordinate and allocate sufficient staff resource to cover breakdowns, servicing and installation of Milk or Cooling equipment & associated equipment within and outside of office hours.

It is important to ensure servicing, installation and repairs are carried out to customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will reside close the company’s headquarters in Herefordshire or Gloucestershire

REMUNERATION:
An excellent salary will be commensurate to related commercial parts and service dairy equipment background. Normal company benefits will include a fully expensed vehicle, private pension, etc.

Midlands Trading Territory -South of Birmingham, plus South West England, South and Mid Wales
