Our client, a growing manufacturing company, has recently
acquired a new site in Corby and is seeking a proficient Data Entry
Administrator who excels in using Excel.
The Role:
As a Data Entry Administrator, you will play a vital
role in accurately recording information from shipping documents onto
Excel spreadsheets. Your meticulous attention to detail and expertise
in Excel will ensure the integrity and efficiency of data entry
processes. In addition to data entry tasks, you will also be
responsible for assisting with various administrative duties to
support the smooth operation of the office.
Key
Responsibilities:
Record and update shipping
information, including but not limited to product details, quantities,
and delivery dates, onto Excel spreadsheets.
Verify data accuracy
and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly.
Collaborate with
other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of data
entry tasks.
Assist with other administrative duties such as
filing, answering phones, and responding to emails as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information at all
times.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements
and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Adhere to
company policies and procedures, including data protection regulations
and safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and
management to provide updates on tasks and address any issues or
concerns.
The Candidates:
Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP,
pivot tables, and data validation.
Previous experience in data
entry or administrative roles preferred.
Excellent attention to
detail and accuracy in data entry.
Availability to work Monday to
Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
