Day Engineer

Our Client is looking for anElectricalMaintenance engineer to work in a new, large commercial building in, close to Westminster.. You will be working for one of the most well-known Facilities Companies known for their training and generous benefits package. On offer is a salary of up to 48,000+Benfits with overtime available.

Day to Day Duties

• Good Experience on Fan coil units (FCU'S)
• Control Panels
• Lighting
• Emergency lighting tests
• Single and Three phrase
• AHU maintenance .
• Small installation, Fault-finding,
• Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel,
• Power distribution)
• Fire Alarm Test's
• Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps.
• General plumbing maintenance: etc.
• Pressurisation units: service and repair of closed system pressurisation units.
• HVAC plant
• Chillers - Re-set
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

House of work

Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm

Qualifications/Requirements

• Qualified In Engineering discipline with certificates equivalent to level 3
• General Building services skills
• Experience with PPMs on commercial systems
• Steady and progressive work history
• Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
