Senior Delivery Lead – £85-96K + Excellent Benefits + Bonus – London (Hybrid)

Our multinational renewable energy client now requires an experienced Delivery Lead to join an expanding team. They will collaborate heavily within the business to develop, design, and deliver innovative energy storage and energy management systems across their electrification sites.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly visible role that will lead the develop-design- deliver procedure for battery energy storage system and energy management system assets on their electrification sites. The Delivery Lead must have proven experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems. The Delivery Lead will manage key work packages across multiple energy storage pilots and pre-scale projects. They will also be responsible for driving, exploring, and implementing the solutions through innovation pilots, proof of concepts and pre-scale commercialisation.

The Delivery Lead/Project Manager must have great experience in technical governance and oversight, and be able to apply an understanding of energy storage technologies to the project delivery lifecycle.

Key Skills

• Proven experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Proven end to end Project Management experience within renewable energy.
• Proven experience in the design and delivery of power systems (preferably battery energy storage systems within the EMEA region).
• Produce standardised solutions specifications in line with the project use cases
• Strong Stakeholder management skills - Manage 3rd party partners and OEM relationships
• Technical governance and oversight
• Up-to-date knowledge on applicable international and regional standards for the design, and full life cycle delivery.
• Project management certification is desirable
• EV Infrastructure knowledge is desirable

Salary: £85-96K + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite). There will also be occasional international travel.
