Deputy Home Manager (RGN) Opportunity - Join Find Medic!
Salary:
Starting at £43,260 per year.
Hours:
Full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
as a Deputy Nurse Manager:
- Promote current healthcare philosophies and modern
practices.
- Uphold the highest professional standards
and adhere to Find Medic's Code of Conduct.
- Foster
effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Lead, guide, supervise, and support our dedicated team to
provide flexible services tailored to residents' individual
needs.
- Manage employee recruitment, including
advertising, reference checks, interviews, health assessments, and
disclosure applications, following our Personnel Manual guidelines.
Conduct exit interviews.
Requirements
Requirements for the Deputy
Nurse Manager Role:
- Strong
literacy and numeracy skills in English.
- QCF Level 3 in
Health and Social Care, with a willingness to progress to Diploma
Level 4 or 5 (or equivalent).
- Registered Manager Award
or equivalent is advantageous.
- Active and current
Nursing PIN is essential for nursing homes.
