Job Title: Deputy Manager - Children's Homes

Salary Range: 43,451 - 50,029 per annum

Location: Botley, Oxfordshire

As a Deputy Manager in our Children's Homes, you will play a crucial role in creating a secure, safe, and motivating environment for both staff and the young individuals we support. You'll witness the highest highs and lowest lows, and experience the joy of celebrating even the smallest victories.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it operates to high standards
  • Support and lead the team to provide holistic care for young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Help young people regain their childhood and pave the way to becoming well-rounded adults
  • Uphold our commitment to inclusivity and SEND inclusion support

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including supervisory capacity
  • Level 3 Diploma qualification in Residential Childcare (England)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (desirable, provided if needed)
  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
