Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a Nursery based in Hertford. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare and early childhood education, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to effectively communicate in English. This position offers the opportunity to manage and support the daily operations of the nursery.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities within the nursery
- Manage staff and provide guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Develop and implement educational programs for children
- Communicate with parents regarding children's progress
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the nursery
