Are you a design engineer with experience in rotating equipment? Are you looking to lead and manage the development of new product designs?

Are you highly skilled in Solidworks? Are you well-versed in process engineering?

This industry-leading business designs, develops, and manufactures cutting-edge industrial machinery exported across the globe. Due to continued growth in workload and a full order book, they are now looking to increase their expertise with an experienced Design Engineer who will move into an engineering management role in the future.

In this role, you will play a supervisory role within a close-knit design team, leading and managing the development and launch of new designs and existing products. You will support all activities within the design department and be actively involved in the quality improvement process. You will work directly with the general manager to ensure all company projects and goals are completed.

This role would be ideal for someone seeking more responsibility and the chance to supervise a small team of design engineers, playing a pivotal role in the growth of the business.

The Role:

• Project Design Engineer
• Leading and managing the development and launch of new designs and existing products.
• Being heavily involved with quality across the engineering function.
• Supervising junior team members, with the scope to move into a management role.
• £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus, Training, Development, Progression, and Excellent Benefits.
