A highly technical Design Manager, who has an abundance of construction Fit Out experience, is now needed to join a hungry, ambitious, and pro-active construction organisation.
The Design Manager will be based across London and Berkshire.
The Design Manager Role
The successful Design Manager will immediately jump onto CAT A, A+ and B projects, operating across the London and Berkshire regions.
With nearly 40 members of staff, this forward-thinking fit out company now need a technical and experience Design Manager who can operate across multiple projects and create relationships that are long lasting.
Projects will consist of fast track and longer-term schemes, with values of £0.5m up to £4m.
If you are an existing Design Manager or an experienced Senior Design Manager, this role and company will support you immensely.
The Design Manager
- Clear Design Management background
- Construction industry
- Fit Out background would be beneficial.
- CAT A, A+ or B exposure
- Relevant “design/architectural” degree preferred.
- Awareness of commercial decisions
- Would be beneficial to have operated in Workspace, Commercial and CAT A
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Looking for a permanent position
- Has show evidence of running teams.

- + % commissions
