Full Job Description

We're seeking a proactive individual who can hit the ground running and embrace a multitude of responsibilities from day one. This is an opportunity to join an outstanding entertainment agency, at the forefront of the industry - working with some huge names like Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Universal, Warner Bros and more. As part of the agency, you'll collaborate closely with the Art Director and creative team to ensure top-tier design output across various mediums.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

• Collaborating closely with the Art Director and creative team to deliver exceptional design solutions.
• Progressing designs initiated by others with your unique touch and expertise.
• Crafting and executing innovative design concepts spanning print and digital realms, including motion graphics, apparel, and product design.
• Engaging in image making, compositing, and editorial design tasks to elevate our projects.
• Using your photo composition skills to work across a mixture of projects. including Key Art.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign is a must; familiarity with Illustrator, After Effects, and Google Suite is highly valued.
• Photo comping is essential.
• A degree or equivalent in Design, with a strong emphasis on technical skills.
• An eagerness to advance your career and make a commitment to our company's growth journey.
• Knowledge of or interest in the entertainment industry is a plus!
• A keen eye for pixel-perfect layout and editorial design.
• A passion for typography and an unwavering attention to detail.
• Exceptional organisational skills, coupled with a dedication to accuracy and effectiveness in your work.
• The ability to multitask effectively, juggling multiple projects and supporting team members to meet deadlines.
• Additional language proficiency is advantageous but not obligatory.
• Excellent time management skills to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
