Deskside Support Engineer - Security Cleared

Job Summary
As the Deskside Support
Engineer, you will provide on-site desktop support for end users,
advising and assisting users in solving problems related to software,
hardware and networks on a variety of products including laptops,
desktops and mobile devices.
Other Duties include
- Provide mobile device support
- Software deployment
- Provide hardwaresoftware break fix support across a range of devices
Essential skills
- Full UK Driving License
- Active SC clearance
- Software and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience replacing parts on laptops and desktops
- Support knowledge across Windows 7, 10 including O365
- Active Directory experience
- Experience of SCCM
- Mobile device support experience
Hours
08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday
08:00 - 16:00 on Friday
