About Us

Inspired by stories and driven by data, Navigator combines compelling storytelling with incisive content and digital marketing. Bringing together the digital marketing expertise from two well-respected companies – Matter Of Form and Perowne International, the Navigator team has a deep understanding of the luxury market, with an end-to-end approach that combines editorial, content and SEO with paid media, organic social and web.

Now we are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategy Director with a deep understanding of luxury audiences to join our growing team. If you are passionate about creating meaningful, results-driven user journeys, thrive in an evolving and collaborative environment, and are looking for flexibility in your next role, this could be the role for you.

The Role

As the Digital Marketing Strategy Director, you will harness your strategic insight, deep knowledge of digital journeys, channel expertise and overall creativity to develop engaging solutions for our high-profile clients.

You will work closely with our channel experts and creators across social, paid, SEO, content, and design, crafting user journeys that show an intrinsic understanding of the brand, tell compelling stories, resonate with luxury audiences, and deliver tangible results.

You will be the red thread across the business from sales and client partnership, to implementation and reporting, to ensure we are able to fully capture our clients' business needs, meet them with effective and appropriate omnichannel marketing and hold ourselves accountable to meeting those objectives through assigning and tracking meaningful metrics.

Your role will be pivotal in adding strategic rigor to our business proposals and client growth plans, ensuring that we offer ambitious yet realistic marketing strategies.

This is a flexible role and we welcome applicants looking for a part-time role. Your minimum work week will be three days a week and you are expected to work two of those days from our London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client services and executive teams to develop, refine, and measure digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Liaise with client teams to understand their strategic needs, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Support new business initiatives by contributing to RFP responses and participating in pitches with team leads.
  • Ensure seamless integration and implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies, tracking and assigning meaningful metrics for accountability.
  • Lead and inspire a team of channel experts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and agency promotion through articles and other content.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of all digital marketing channels and their synergy.
  • A strong passion for the luxury industry, with an eagerness to understand luxury audiences.
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to create compelling pitch decks and engage a variety of audiences.
  • Proven leadership experience, capable of guiding and running teams effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and support at all levels to ensure delivery to standards and deadlines.
  • Independent, proactive, and enjoys owning projects and using initiative.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills, able to distill complex information into clear plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative and driven, with a keen interest in industry trends and innovations.

What We Offer:

  • An exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing agency.
  • A flexible and dynamic work environment, open to part-time arrangements (minimum 3 days a week).
  • Hybrid working model with a minimum of two days a week in our London office.
  • Opportunity to work with elite luxury brands and shape influential marketing strategies.
  • A supportive, ambitious, and kind-hearted team culture.
  • Competitive salary based on experience and expertise.

How to Apply:

  • Are you an ambitious marketing strategist with a passion for luxury and a desire to play a pivotal role in a growing agency? We invite you to apply. Please send your CV and a personalised cover message explaining your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this role.
