Digital Transformation Project Manager (internal opportunity)

Location: can be based in any European Pet site UK (Leicestershire, Waltham), France (St. Denis), Germany (Verden), Netherlands (Veghel), Spain (Avila-Arevalo), Poland (Mazowieckie-Sochaczew).

Are you passionate about driving change, improving processes through digital transformation, and working with data visualization tools such as Power BI? We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our Petcare Strategy Deployment department. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and deploying the digital transformation initiatives to enhance decision-making, streamline activities, drive efficiency, and embed digital behaviors and tools within the department.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a suitable subject area such as digital transformation, change management or similar
• Experience in Project/Process Management
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
• Strong analytical abilities for systems development/coding
• Ideally knowledge of business processes related to product portfolio management and master data application

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead the Digitalization transformation program in Strategy Deployment by analyzing current processes and digital needs, implementing sustainable changes in data quality and efficiency
• Establish strong collaboration with internal and external technology teams to align activities, explore new tools, and propose automation solutions
• Define requirements for digital opportunities and prioritize based on business needs
• Develop business cases, lead implementation efforts, and support organizational change through technical expertise and training
• Work cross-functional together with various departments to understand and meet their requirements for digitalization
• Identify relevant data sources and extract data for reporting purposes & create meaningful visualizations and dashboards to present complex data clearly
• Support employees in using our tools and interpreting the dashboards effectively
