London – Hybrid

A policy-driven company with a real social impact is seeking a UI/UX Lead to join the team!

THE COMPANY

This company is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join the team to ensure experiences are optimised for delivery across all channels.

THE ROLE

• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
• Define and redefine user stories and storyboards
• Create prototypes and wireframes
• Carry out usability testing and usability acceptance testing

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experienced user of tools such as Figma
• User experience expert with a history of driving business improvement across multichannel client journeys
• Customer journey mapping experience
• User research and usability testing experience
