Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resource programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Responsibilities are within the Human Resources Function as a generalist. Typical profile at this level: Provides leadership to subordinate managers; may also provide leadership to lower level managers and/or professional staff. Is accountable for the performance/results of multiple teams. Sets department priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives. Identifies and solves complex operational and organizational problems that have significant impact across the organization (not just within their function/team).
