At the heart of HMRC’s digital first strategy, the Director of Digital Transformational Programmes will spearhead the shift towards digital, self-serve channels. They will direct end-to-end digital transformation of services, provide excellent customer services and high levels of compliance whilst also driving productivity and efficiency to reduce operating costs. It is an incredibly exciting opportunity to lead in making a tangible difference to millions of UK taxpayers.
We are searching for a visionary and experienced
leader who is committed to cultivating inclusion within teams and

record of successful delivery of large-scale, major change programmes.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders
to implement changes seamlessly into operations and compliance
teams.
