Full Job Description

One of London’s top construction consultancies is looking for a business development orientated Director to join their sociable but hardworking Data Centre team working on and expanding their current London based data centre projects, including a £300m+ project currently in the design phase. 
This company is one of the best in the country at what they do and with a fantastic West End London location, the office is easy to access, offers clear progression routes, a fantastic benefits package and, with their indisputable reputation as one of the best in the country, who wouldn't want to work for them.
 
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a Project Management Consultancy sector including data centre projects with a strong technical skill set, ideally with building services background but not essential. They may currently or in the past being working client side or with a provider.

It is incredibly important that all candidates must have a strong understanding of the project management process, construction teams and the subsequent roles and responsibilities surrounded in a consultant project management role. Furthermore, candidates will have experience delivering projects from pre-construction phase through to practical completion. Contract administration experience is essential.
 
On offer is a basic salary of up to £110,000 plus an extensive benefits package, including bonus scheme.
