Full Job Description

Who we are looking for
We are currently in the process of ramping up our business in the UK. From our new location in London we plan to develop the British market and provide local expertise to our customers and partners. As Director Sales and Partner Management UK (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the development of our UK business, creating strong strategic relationships to corporate clients and financing partners and refining our product portfolio. You will identify opportunities in the working capital financing space, develop appropriate solutions, and independently negotiate client programs. You will lead our UK team with strong support from our German headquarters. 
 
Your main tasks: 
  • Expansion into the UK market with our product cflox pay. 
  • Acquisition of new clients as well as client support and advice. 
  • Strategic development and support of our banking and non-banking partners. 
  • Regional leadership, building our UK team and driving international success. 
  • Continuous development of our services in coordination with our team in Hamburg.
Your skills
You have an enthusiastic personality with several years of experience in banking, corporate finance, and/or the working capital space. With your passion for financing, you convince potential customers and partners of the benefits of cflox solutions. In addition, we appreciate: 
  • A successfully completed degree, e. g. in the field of finance, economics, or engineering. 
  • Experience in advising companies of different sizes and/or strategic operative sales work in the B2B finance/trade finance/working capital sector. 
  • Enthusiasm and a high degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within the region of your responsibility.
