Director Technical Consulting:

We are seeking a driven Director of Technical Consulting within the Energy space.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with clients to identify their unique development needs and goals.
• Work with the consulting team to become more effective, de scope work, develop, train consultants.
• Facilitate powerful coaching sessions that ignite self-awareness, unlock potential, and drive results.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and accountability to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate coaching into broader talent development initiatives.

To be successful, you will have:

• A minimum of 7-10 years consulting experience (5 in the Energy space) growing and working with the consulting team.
• A proven track record of success in helping clients achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• A passion for learning and development.
• Experience working in a consulting environment (a plus).
