Contract Type:  Full-time, Permanent
Location:  Brighton (remote) 

Study Group is looking for an experienced Director for Partner Sales and Education Recruitment covering the UK, Europe, Canada, and America. This role will lead a team to manage end-to-end agent business relationships, service experience, and in-market activities. This role is key to the achievement and delivery of financial objectives for the portfolio of Agents across all Study Group Products in the respective markets.

ABOUT THE ROLE 
  • New Student Enrolment and Net Sales Value responsibility for Products across all Channels
  • Align the team with the Company mission, vision, values, and strategy; clearly articulate the Company business goals/plans and initiatives, ensure they are translated into action through performance goals setting, regular cascade/communication and feedback processes.
  • Drive a high performance and collaborative culture; provide ongoing and appropriate support, coaching, and development to enable employees successful achievement of their objectives; energize through positive reinforcement and by acting as a solid role model.
  • Promote SG branding and Customer Value Proposition, ensure that the in-market organization represents brand values and is recognized as our Partner’s pathways provider of choice.
  • Creation & execution of Sales Action Plan with stakeholders
  • Partner the assessment and management of new product opportunities (including go/no-go decisions).
  • Gathering and sharing market insights with their respective Sales and Marketing Team and Channel Partners so that Study Group has the right product fit and messaging for our sources markets
  • Develop and deliver strategies and plans to ensure the delivery of sales targets with effective demand generation and pipeline management activities across all source markets
  • Lead the development and execution of a regional sales strategy with the aim to achieve growth in business from Agent and Direct Sale portfolios in the Region
  • Identify growth opportunities to achieve regional targets, including penetrating new markets
  • Manage regional budget, including decisions of marketing investment and staff travel Accountability for accurate forecasting and business planning at the regional level
  • Lead on engagement with internal Marketing and Admissions teams
  • Monitor regional competitor activity to gain in market competitor awareness and informed analysis
  • To be the Product subject matter expert, providing product thought leadership
  • Drive Centre/Product sales strategy
  • Oversee the team’s delivery of product education and training across Partner Sales, Agent, Feeder and Digital network
  • Provide insights and information to partner universities as required and work with our university partners to build and refine our product offerings in partnership with Marketing.
  • Educate and promote the benefits of our products to our sales teams across agent, direct and channels.
  • Assist with development/execution of product plans by Area/Region and own a global product sales plan based on these regional modules
The role will include significant interaction with all the sales teams across the stated regions, and beyond, it is anticipated that there will be some requirements for travel.

ABOUT YOU  
  • Proven experience in product development, sales and/or marketing ideally with some exposure to an international education context
  • A commercially savvy leader with a successful track record in delivering results via leading the delivery of products with a long sales cycle into a global marketplace
  • Experience in successfully executing conversion and sales strategies
  • Experience leading within an operational or service centre environment
  • Experience nurturing strategic customer relationships and working proactively to recognise customers’ business requirements
  • Experience in leading projects within a global marketplace
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry
  • Track record demonstrating a growth mindset.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change and the ability to lead a team through change
  • Leading and developing a high-performance team in a global, matrix environment
  • Building relationships and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization both internally and externally
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, analytical and quantitative ability
