Product Director | FinTech / Open banking | £120-130k + Equity | London (Hybrid)

This is an incredible opportunity for a Product Director / Head of Product / Director of Product to join a fast growth FinTech that is expanding rapidly and pending Series B later in 2024!

Package: £120-130k + Equity + Benefits

Location: London (Hybrid)

Reporting to the CEO, you will own the product function and will lead the effort to expand the existing product suite into new sectors & territories, own product proposition & ideation, NPD and a Product team of 2 as well as a Product Designer

The Product Director / Head of Product / Director of Product will:

• Ideate and execute the product strategy to continue rapid international growth.
• Build, lead and mentor a high-performing product team (currently 3).
• Build a product management culture that balances product intuition, design innovation, market insight and data-informed decision making.
• Build business cases for new product initiatives with a keen focus on market & opportunity sizing.
• Look into new market sectors domestically as well as size international opportunities for expansion.

The Product Director / Head of Product / Director of Product must have:

• Successfully scaled a Payment / Banking / Fintech product internationally.
• Experience delivering excellent products for a start-up or scale-up, ideally B2B2C, white label or a two-sided marketplace.
• A broad understanding of the payments sector, ideally with a deep understanding of one of more facets.
• Very strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
