Head of Programmatic Trading (£85k OTE)

We are now hiring for a Head of Programmatic Trading & Projects to oversee a team of programmatic media traders and lead on a number of major projects including process improvement, sustainability, vendor selection & testing and international expansion, amongst others from time to time.

In the role you will:

• oversee and coach a team of media trading execs, media traders, and experienced seniors.
• manage a multi-skilled operation covering managed service, self-service and PMP trading.
• occasionally attend QBRs for strategic clients (major agency groups, brands and vendors).
• work on cutting-edge projects to ensure the business maintains its market-leading position
• be on the front-line to test and rollout new product launches, including Ai.
• work extensively with executive leadership

Your background:

• deep knowledge of DSP trading environment working across a number of DSP technologies (DV360, Xandr are nice to haves)
• you have excelled in a team leadership role overseeing campaign traders
• expertise in the Programmatic / Adtech ecosystem including with attribution and measurement partners such as IAS, DV, Moat.
• experience managing the expectations of major agency clients, brands and vendors
