CMA Recruitment Group are working with a world class business with
award winning culture. This is a unique opportunity to join their
senior leadership team in a Reward Director role that is key to the
organisation’s success.
Reporting to Chief People Officer this
role will be pivotal in overseeing the reward and benefits team,
driving the agenda and contributing to the business strategy, ensuring
the employee proposition, policies, frameworks and documentation is in
place to meet the needs of the business.
What will Reward Director role involve?
- Lead and develop a total reward strategy to attract and retain top performers within the sector.
- Design and maintain reward programmes including incentive schemes, recognition schemes, pay structures and job levelling framework
- Support and advise senior managers inside and outside of the HR team regarding appropriate reward solutions
- Build relationships with 3rd party specialists to drive continuous improvement
Suitable Candidate for Reward Director vacancy:
- Fellow or Chartered member of CIPD
- Prior experience leading a reward function
- Confident communicator at executive level
