As the Director of Rooms, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our guest accommodations and delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality, outstanding organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Rooms Division Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Concierge departments.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional service and a memorable guest experience.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to department heads, promoting professional development.

Guest Satisfaction:

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Revenue Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to implement strategies for maximizing room revenue.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and pricing strategies.

Training and Development:

  • Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of rooms division staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals for continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance:

  • Uphold and enforce quality standards in rooms division operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with brand standards.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

  • Work closely with Food and Beverage, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated guest experience.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering for the upkeep of guest accommodations.
