Document Controller - Contract
Up to 34,000 DOE
Ipswich, Suffolk

Gap Construction is currently representing a renowned M&E contractor in their search for a Document Controller on their newly secured project in Ipswich, this will be on a 12-month contract anticipated to start in May and will predominantly be site-based work.

Performance Objectives

• Working in coherence with Site Managers and the client's document controller to oversee site, testing as well as health and safety documents.
• Uploading relevant documents to the client portal and keeping it organised
• Sending out weekly return information such as H&S, delivery notes, inspection and organising onto company systems.
• Manage and control confidential documents or sensitive information.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in Document control.
• Trustworthy and transparent personality.
• Adaptable and well-organised, able to track multiple documents and relay information to and from multiple sources.
• Have own transport and a full UK license.
